Rukometaši Srbije boriće se za zlatnu medalju na Mediteranskim Igrama sa selekcijom Francuske. Posle veoma teškog meča i dva produžetka, Srbija je savladala Tursku 43:41 (33:33) (16:13) i izborila finale. U redovima “Orlova”, najefikasniji je bio Žarko Šešum sa devet golova, mladi Holpert sa šest golova iz isto toliko pokušaja je bio najprecizniji, dok je Nenadić postigao sedam.
